Data controller
The full identification details (tax ID and address) will be published in the legal notice once the company is registered.
What data we process and why
- Technical browsing data. When you load the site, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) receives data such as your IP address, your browser and the page requested. We use it to serve the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the operation and security of the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Riot Games images. Champion, rune and item images are loaded from Riot Games' public data server (Data Dragon). When loading them, your browser connects to that server and it receives your IP address, as with any external resource.
- Riot ID search. If you use the player stats search (when available), the Riot ID you type is sent to Riot Games' API through our server to show you the data. We don't store those searches or build profiles from them. Legal basis: your express request when using it (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Messages you send us. If you write to the contact email, we use your address and your message only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent, by writing to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
There is no user registration, we don't sell data and we don't use it for automated decisions. Today we don't show ads or use analytics tools with cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent before enabling them.
How long we keep it
- Technical data: as long as Cloudflare keeps its operational logs, according to its policy.
- Emails: as long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, during the legal periods of possible liability.
Who the data is shared with
Only to the providers that let us run the site: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, domain and security), Riot Games, Inc. (game data and Riot ID search) and our email provider. Some are in the United States; those transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We don't pass data to other third parties except where legally required.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@nexo4pymes.com. If you aren't happy with how we process your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to your local data protection authority.
Minors
The site isn't aimed at children under 14. If you think a minor has sent us data, write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the last review. Important changes will be highlighted on the site.
