Game data
Champions, abilities, runes and images come from Data Dragon, Riot Games' public static data server. Right now we use version 16.21.1, in English, so the names match what you see in your client.
The duo guides
Every guide is written and reviewed by a person. It explains why the pair works, what to do at each level and which runes and summoner spells fit. Combos are practiced in game before being considered good. Anything we haven't been able to verify yet is marked as pending and isn't published as fact.
Win rates
Win rates are only shown when we have our own data with a large enough sample, and always next to the number of games, the rank and the patch. If the sample isn't large enough, the number isn't published. Until then, the ranking of the sections is based on how each pair plays, not on tier or win rate data.
Tier list
The tier list is calculated from real ranked games taken from Riot's official API. It sorts by a sample-adjusted win rate and always shows how many games are behind each number. While the sample is small, it isn't indexed by search engines.
Player stats
When it's available, the Riot ID search will query Riot Games' official API and show that account's rank and recent games. We don't use undocumented services, we don't score players and we don't show negative labels.
Updates
The game changes roughly every two weeks. With each patch we review which champions, runes or items changed and which guides are affected. A guide's date and patch are only updated when we've really reviewed it.
